Return Policy

• Please contact us on 002 0100 302 302 to seek a return if you do not like our goods. Please send the item to us in its original packaging. Within 24 hours of receiving the return request, the return will be picked up. Please be aware that the shipping costs will be subtracted from the refunded amount.

• Products may be fragile or perishable; therefore, please wrap them carefully. If the object is received in a perished state, the payment will not be returned.

• If a purchased item is defective or does not meet the customer’s requirements, the customer has 30 days to exchange it or return it. The item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.

• If the data on the product is not clear enough to read as it is required by Egyptian standard specifications, the product can be returned.
